Terms of service
The methods of shipment and packaging shall be in accordance with ShopSabre's standard procedures. Every effort will be made to ship orders same day if they are placed before 1pm CST, however, may not go out until the following day(s) based on size, complexity, and stock availability. ShopSabre will use all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver product to Buyer on the schedule requested by Buyer. However, ShopSabre shall not be liable for delays in product shipments for any reason.
Orders that are placed on a weekend or on Federal Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following workday.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned product will be credited to the Buyer's original payment method. A restocking fee MAY apply (10% of item cost).
Original shipping costs are not creditable or refundable.
Cancelled orders over $500.00 will be refunded less the 3.3% Shopify fee.

Prior to returning product, Buyer must call ShopSabre to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). All returned product MUST
receive a return authorization number (RMA) from ShopSabre prior to return shipment.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In some circumstances, including if items are kept more than 30 days from the invoice date, Buyer will be responsible for return freight. Buyer shall be responsible for any freight loss or damage during return.
Credit will be issued to Buyer only after inspection for conformity to this return policy.

Damages and issues
Buyer shall inspect all products upon receipt and shall notify ShopSabre of any overages, shortages, defectiveness of product, or
other failures to conform to the order which are reasonably discoverable within five (5) business days of product receipt. All
notifications shall be accompanied by packing slips and other documents necessary to support Buyer’s claims.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
